We took part in the KITS program run by Kraków Miastem Startupów. First workshops were focused on our Business Model Canvas that we worked on with support from dedicated mentors.
Some confirmed our direction of thinking in certain areas, while others challenged us to rethink specific elements. The input we received helped us view our project from different angles and step outside our usual thought process.
We left the workshop with a clearer view on several key topics: potential contacts, use cases, strategies for B2G vs B2B, pricing strategy, and how to scale.
This is just the beginning— the program will run until September, and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.
